How do I create an account?
Download the FindingNearBy app, enter your phone number, and verify with the OTP sent to you. That's it — your account is created!
How do I register as a vendor?
Go to Profile → Become a Vendor. Fill in your business details and complete the KYC verification process. Once approved, you can apply for stalls at events and list your services.
How does the entry pass work?
When you book a stall or register for an event, you receive a QR code entry pass. Show this QR code at the event entrance for quick verification by security.
Can my society earn from advertising?
Yes. Societies can list ad inventory such as notice boards and lift posters with a rate card. Brands browse, book and pay through the platform — turning your community into a revenue stream.
Can I get a refund for my booking?
Refund policies vary by event and subscription. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and processing times.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account. Your account will be queued for deletion and processed within 15 days. You can cancel the deletion request during this period.
Why is KYC verification required for vendors?
KYC verification ensures the safety and trust of all users. Verified vendors receive a "Trusted Vendor" badge, which increases resident confidence.
