Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all transactions made through the FindingNearBy platform operated by Ekatyze Private Limited.
1. Event Registrations & Entry Passes
1.1 Cancellation by User
- More than 48 hours before event: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
- 24-48 hours before event: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before event: No refund
1.2 Cancellation by Organizer/Society
If an event is cancelled by the organizer or society administration, you will receive a full refund (100%) within 5-7 business days.
1.3 Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your entry pass remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, you may request a refund as per our standard cancellation policy.
2. Vendor Subscriptions
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation within the first 7 days: Full refund
- After 7 days: Pro-rated refund for unused period, minus a 10% administrative fee
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Cancellation within the first 14 days: Full refund
- After 14 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months, minus a 15% administrative fee
Note: Vendor stall bookings for specific events follow the Event Registration refund policy above.
3. Coaching & Recurring Programs
3.1 Monthly Coaching Fees
- Cancellation before month starts: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
- Cancellation within first week: 75% refund
- After first week: No refund for that month
3.2 Per-Session Charges
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
4. How to Request a Refund
- Open the FindingNearBy app or website
- Go to "My Bookings" or "My Subscriptions"
- Select the booking/subscription you wish to cancel
- Click "Request Refund" and follow the prompts
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours

5. Refund Processing
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Wallet Credit: Instant (can be used for future bookings)
Wallet Credit Option: If you choose to receive your refund as FindingNearBy wallet credit, you will receive 10% extra credit as a bonus.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Convenience fees and platform charges
- Bookings marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase
- Completed services or attended events
- Gift cards and promotional credits
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing us at support@findingnearby.com with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line. We will review and respond within 48 hours.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
